What causes a PIA to fail?

A PIA will be deemed to have failed if you are in arrears with your payments for a period of six months. A creditor or your PIP may also apply to Court to have a PIA terminated on certain grounds, including non-fulfilment of your duties under the PIA process or if you are in arrears with your payments for a period of three months.
